What is your cancellation policy?

We get it—life happens! However, to keep things running smoothly, here’s our cancellation policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of your class start time are not accepted. This means no refunds, transfers, or credits can be issued for late cancellations.

Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem—just click the ‘cancel/reschedule’ button in your initial receipt email before that 48-hour window closes.

This policy applies to all GROOV3 students who’ve booked an appointment or class with us. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any exceptions.

IS GROOV3 ACCESSIBLE?

Your comfort, safety and JOY is so important to us, so don’t hesitate to let us know how we can support you.

EVERYONE SEEMS TO BE FRIENDS IN THE CLASSES ALREADY, WILL I FEEL LEFT OUT?

GROOV3 has been running for 6 years. In the beginning, everyone showed up to class hardly knowing anyone, but because this community is so welcoming and inclusive—and because we all share the same vibe of wanting to hype and cheer and have fun—we give each other permission to do just that. It’s so easy to make a friends whenever you’re ready. Come solo, leave with a pal! 

i tried to get a ticket to class but its sold out :( is there a waitlist?

Yes, you can sign up for the Waitlist on the class page the same way you’d buy a ticket!

Do you offer gift certificates? if so how does that work?

Yes, we do! It’s a sweet gift for a friend or family member and highly recommend giving them this gift of dance! You can find all the information here.

are your classes for all levels? im beginner

GROOV3 is designed for those who long to dance but may have a weird relationship with it. Our format is truly accessible for all skill levels. 
INTRO TO GROOV3 - Great for those at the start of their dance journey
GROOV3 OPEN LEVEL - Dance experience is not required but is helpful. If you haven't been to a dance class before we recommend Intro to GROOV3 as a first step.⁠

do you accept cash or payments at the door if I turn up without a ticket?

No cash payments. Keeping everything electronic helps our teachers focus on what they do best: showing up, checking you in, and sharing some awesome moves with you!

If a class is sold out, we are unable to accommodate additional participants. To ensure fairness and respect for those who planned ahead and secured their spots, we prioritise maintaining a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone.
